Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to join a thriving team in California. This role involves generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various departments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage CRM data and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or related experience (cold calling preferred).
• High school diploma required; Business or Marketing degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• English fluency required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Goal-driven and adaptable.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
